What is SFH Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis with therapies, tailored to fit the individual needs and way of thinking.   Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) does what it says on the tin. It focuses on the solution and not the problem. SFH is a mix of all the best parts of psychotherapy.

What is hypnosis?

It’s a common question; hypnosis is a trance like state of focused awareness. 

 

Do you often drive your car and cannot remember how you got from A to B?  That's trance! Trance is unconscious competence. Trance is a natural and very ordinary state. We go into a trance like state many times every day.

Does Hypnotherapy work online?

My clients whom, I was working with, during face-to-face sessions, just before the COVID19 hit. Have all said that the experience is no different.

I’ve never like, to just take someone else’s word, so I tried it myself and the answer is yes.

There is very little difference, other then you save on time, travel expenses or car parking.  You are in a familiar environment and therefore you feel just as safe and relaxed, as seeing me face to face.
