Refund Policy - the basics

At Hypnotherapy DeBono, we are committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring you receive the full benefits of your sessions. Due to the nature of our work, and the fact that you are committing to a minimum of five weeks of my time, we have a no-refund policy once a package has been purchased.

Why we have this policy:

• When you purchase a package, you are reserving time in my schedule specifically for your sessions, which is blocked out in advance.

• You are provided with a contract before booking, outlining the terms of service and the commitment required.

• A free initial 15-minute consultation is available before making your decision, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and ensure that this is the right fit for you.

Please ensure that you are fully committed to the programme before purchasing. Once a package is booked and payment is made, no refunds will be issued. Should you have any concerns, feel free to discuss them during the consultation, and we will do our best to address them.
