Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What happens during the free discovery call?

The free 15-minute discovery call is a calm, confidential conversation where we discuss what’s been going on, what you’re struggling with, and what you’d like to change.

It’s an opportunity for us to see whether we’re the right fit to work together and which programme would best support you.

There’s no pressure and no obligation to continue.

2. How does online hypnotherapy work?

All sessions are held online via Zoom, so you can access support from wherever you are.

Sessions are private, focused, and designed to help you feel calmer, think more clearly, and respond differently under pressure.

Many clients find online sessions feel more comfortable and easier to fit around work and family life.

3. What can hypnotherapy help with?

I work with professionals experiencing:

• Overthinking and anxiety
• Stress and burnout
• Performance pressure
• Low confidence
• Difficulty switching off
• Sleep issues and insomnia
• Relationship and intimacy concerns
• Pregnancy-related overwhelm and stress

The work is focused on helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control day to day.

4. Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain aware and in control throughout the session.

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed and focused state that helps quiet mental noise and make positive change feel easier and more natural.

You cannot be made to do anything against your will.

5. What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe hypnosis as feeling calm, relaxed, and mentally quieter.

You may feel deeply focused while still being fully aware of your surroundings.

Many clients leave sessions feeling lighter, calmer, and more clear-headed.

6. How many sessions will I need?

Everyone is different, but most clients work with me through either a 4-session or an 8-session programme.

The right option depends on the level of stress, pressure, and patterns you’re currently experiencing.

This is something we discuss together during the discovery call.

7. How much does hypnotherapy cost?

I offer structured programmes rather than open-ended sessions, so you have a clear understanding of the process and support from the beginning.

Programmes currently include:

• 4-Session Programme — £520
• 8-Session Programme — £960

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

I also offer a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss what’s going on and whether this approach feels like the right fit for you.

10. How do I get started?

The first step is to book a free 15-minute discovery call.

We’ll discuss what’s happening, what you’d like help with, and whether working together feels right for you.

11. Does hypnotherapy really work?

Hypnotherapy can be highly effective for helping people change patterns of thinking, emotional responses, and behaviours that keep them feeling stuck.

By working with the subconscious mind, sessions can help reduce overthinking, improve confidence, calm stress responses, and create more positive, automatic ways of responding day to day.

Many clients notice shifts in how they think, feel, and cope within the first few sessions.

12. Can everyone be hypnotised?

Most people can experience hypnosis when they are willing to engage with the process.

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation, similar to becoming absorbed in a book, film, or daydream.

The process works best when you feel comfortable, open, and ready to make changes.

13. Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is considered a safe and natural approach when carried out by a trained professional.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session, and the process is designed to help you feel calm, supported, and mentally relaxed.

14. How quickly will I notice changes?

Many clients begin noticing positive shifts within the first few sessions.

This may include feeling calmer, sleeping better, thinking more clearly, or responding differently to stress and pressure.

Longer-standing patterns can take more time to change, which is why support is offered through structured programmes rather than one-off sessions.
