How to recognise the clear signs and causes of anxiety

 

Anxiety is a normal response to stress, that can build up gradually. However, it’s not normal if the thoughts and feelings around anxiety big to interfere with day-to-day life.  Resulting in poor performance at work, putting stressful on relationships and can even lead to physical illness.
