To see if I am the right therapist for you, I offer you a complimentary 15, minute initial consultation.

 

Where I’ll ask you a few questions just to see if you are the right client for me and it gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have. If I don’t feel you are the right client for me. I can guide you to one of my colleagues, who would be more suited to your needs.

 

After establishing if we are the right fit, you will be sent relevant paperwork and payment request. All payments are to be made before appointments are booked.

My availability is limited due to the specialist work that I do and the demand. If this is the case then I will refer you to one of my colleagues or add you to the waiting list if you would prefer to see me.

Health insurance

 

I only accept private paying clients. I am happy to refer you to a therapist that works in conjunction with insurance health providers. If your insurance provider agrees that you can be reimbursed directly for session fees you may be able to use your receipt to claim.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

 

Clients usually receive an appointment for the same time every week.

 

I operate on a one week reschedule and cancellation policy, which means you are not charged any fees if you give adequate notice. However, if you are unable to do so you will be asked to pay in full.

Online Therapy

 

I offer hypnotherapy and psychotherapy via video conferencing in the comfort of your own home or face-to-face in my clinic in South Woodford.

 

Although I’ve been working online prior to the pandemic, my clients that moved to online therapy during the pandemic found that there were many benefits and actually preferred the flexibility.

  • No need to travel, saving time and costs.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No, you will retain full control throughout the hypnosis session. You can move and speak while under hypnosis, and you can easily bring yourself out of the state whenever you choose. Hypnosis is essentially self-hypnosis, where you remain aware and in control at all times.

Almost everyone can be hypnotised, although some may find it easier than others. Your willingness to be hypnotised and your trust in the therapist are crucial factors. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as severe long-term depression, psychosis, epilepsy, or certain breathing problems.
